What Does the Integration With Personio Look Like?

Integration scope

  • User Provisioning: When you integrate Personio and Papershift, new employees are automatically added to Papershift when added in Personio - for a fast and streamlined onboarding. Personio is the master system and the sync to Papershift is unidirectional.

  • Employee Lifecycle: Whenever employee data is updated in Personio it automatically updates in Papershift, too. This ensures your employee information is up-to-date all the time. You don't have to update user data in two systems.

  • User Deprovisioning: When employees leave the company, the respective Papershift account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date in Personio.

  • Time Management: Absence periods and attendance periods automatically synced between Papershift and Personio. This way, you have all your employee data in one place. You can use this bidirectional for maximum flexibility in absence management and time tracking possibilities.

  2. A Papershift expert will get in touch with you to unlock the API
  3. The middleware, developed by ananas.codes, between Papershift and Personio will be activated for you
