Integration scope

Streamline and automate the onboarding process by creating a new employee in Learningbank whenever new employees are hired in Personio. Ensure that the right learning is distributed to the right employees at the right time.

Transfer of data

Employee data is transferred from Personio to Learningbank including:

• first name
• last name
• email
• position
• hire date
• termination date
• department

Setting up the interface

1. Request integration hub account with your Learningbank adoption manager
2. Go to www.integrations.learningbank.io and login
3. Navigate to integration hub by clicking "Create integration"
4. Select Personio integration
5. Insert Learningbank and Personio API credentials (How to get your Learningbank API credentials --> https://help.learningbank.io/en/articles/6379968-how-to-get-learningbank-api-credentials)
6. Choose which data shall be transferred.
7. Click "Submit"
