Lanes & Planes is the first travel & expense management platform that combines all touch points of business trips in one application: From searching for the optimal travel route to choosing the right means of transport to processing expense reports, Lanes & Planes covers the complete booking and accounting cycle of business trips as well as all kinds of travel and non-travel-related expenses. The travel and expense management solution is ideal for medium-sized companies looking for an integrated solution for travel-related bookings, authorization procedures and the processing of non travel-related expenses, covering also all aspects of bookkeeping up to the integration into any ERP systems. Employees benefit from a user-friendly end-to-end solution, while companies can save up to 30 percent of their direct and indirect travel expenses through the coordination of all booking steps.

Lanes & Planes was founded in 2017 by the entrepreneurs Veit Blumschein and Daniel Nolte, who both had already successfully built and sold the booking website fromAtoB. Today, Lanes & Planes is used by numerous customers from all industries throughout Germany.

What Does the Integration With Personio Look Like?

Setting up the Interface

The access data is generated and stored in the Lanes & Planes software. As soon as this API data is stored, the current user data from Personio is now automatically forwarded to Lanes & Planes via the interface at least 1x per day.

Transfer of Data

Through the integration of Personio and Lanes & Planes, all employees added in Personio automatically receive an account at Lanes & Planes. All master data stored in Personio (name, email address, gender, cost center(s), user account active/inactive) is transferred directly to Lanes & Planes and will be updated automatically.

Lanes & Planes offers a plan that fits your business:

  • Light (up to 25,000€ annual travel budget): from 95 € monthly basic fee for a maximum of 10 users
  • Essential (up to 150.000€ annual travel budget): from 290 € monthly fee for a maximum of 50 of users
  • Professional (up to 500.000€ annual travel budget): from 590 € monthly fee for a maximum of 150 users
  • Enterprise (more than 500.000€ annual travel budget): Price on request
